Floating Lotus History

Floating Lotus grew in and around Malvern (Worcestershire, UK) with  musical events arranged by Malvern Fringe, along with psychedelic trance nights known as Phoenix.  In 2004, we set up and ran a cafe-stage at the Earth Spirit festival, which encouraged us to pursue more festivals with our own on-board solar power. 

Floating Lotus have since created a solar cinematic-cafe and stage at the Big Green Gathering since 2005, and more recently have been involved in events such as Kingston Green Fair, Antiworld Festival, Eastern Haze, Redbridge Green Fair, Croissant Nuef, Ragged Hedge,  Waveform. 

Floating Lotus ran its own small festivals in Herefordshire in 2005 and 2006.
